For help on searching click on the search tips button. Help button  
To perform a free text search of the archive of digitised material (objects) enter a word or phrase in to the search box below. For example " floods "  
 
Then click on the Search button below:
 
To do another search, click on the clear button  
For a more complex search (for example combining search terms e.g. floods and Carlisle ) click on the advanced search button:
